Description:

NGC7009 called the Saturn planetary nebula because it resembles the shape of the planet Saturn. It is located in the constellation Aquarius at about 3,000 LY from earth. It shines at magnitude 8 and measures 41" in diameter. The image was taken using sharpcap for its capture, on live stacking mode, unguided, and for a total of 721" (12'). The image was not post processed with any specialty software. I only performed a color and background adjustments using elements-photoshop.
