Description:
For the first time, I observed and photographed the planet in broad daylight, at 16:08 local time. Looking at the eyepiece, the very thin sickle was really spectacular and well observable, even being not far from the Sun. The inferior conjunction will be on August 13, then the planet will be clearly visible to the naked eye after August 21, before dawn.
