Comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF) 2023,Jan.21
Comet C/2023 E3 (ZTF) imaged on January 19, 2023, just the day its ionic tail was most active. In the image you can see the disconnection that occurred in the ionic tail, in addition to the dust tail towards the bottom and the luminosity of the dust reflected in the anti-tail towards the right. The comet then had a brightness near magnitude 6.
